Ecuador one of the most important World Culinary Tourism publications
The culinary potential of Ecuador is mentioned on a publication of the World Food Travel Association, a Practical Handbook for Food & Drink Tourism Professionals called: “Have fork will travel”. A chapter is dedicated to the variety of courses possible to taste in Ecuador.
Over 70 industry professionals from Ecuador and other 23 countries took part in the fulfillment of the manual, which has detailed strategies for gastronomic tourism, product development, and promotion. It includes also practical cases for readers in order to have a better idea of the importance of gastronomy in the world of the touristic industry.
According to the World Food Travel Association, they are bringing to the market a “comprehensive food and drink tourism handbook for food, drink, travel and hospitality professionals”.
